Rydym yn gysylltiedig \u00e2 chyrff llywodraethu Gymnasteg Prydain a Gymnasteg Cymru. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"font_8 wixui-rich-text__text\"><span class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\"><span class=\"wixGuard wixui-rich-text__text\">yn<\/span><\/span><span class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\">Mae gennym d\u00eem mawr o hyfforddwyr cymwys ac arweinwyr chwaraeon sy&#8217;n rhoi o&#8217;u hamser i&#8217;r clwb gymnasteg. Mae pob hyfforddwr yn aelod cofrestredig o Gymdeithas Gymnasteg Prydain, wedi derbyn hyfforddiant cymorth cyntaf ac mae ganddynt gymhwyster diogelu plant. Mae gan yr holl staff <a class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\" href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.uk\/government\/organisations\/disclosure-and-barring-service\/about\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">DBS<\/a> cyfredol.  <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"font_8 wixui-rich-text__text\"><span class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\">Mae <span class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\"><span class=\"wixGuard wixui-rich-text__text\">ein<\/span><\/span> dosbarthiadau cystadleuaeth yn gweithio tuag at raddio rhanbarthol a chenedlaethol bob blwyddyn a hefyd yn ennill tystysgrifau clwb a bathodynnau ar gyfer meistroli sgiliau penodol.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"font_8 wixui-rich-text__text\"><span class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\"><span class=\"wixGuard wixui-rich-text__text\">yn<\/span><\/span><span class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\"><a class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\" href=\"https:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/Community_interest_company\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Yn Gwmni Buddiannau Cymunedol<\/a> (CIC), rydym yn cael ein rhedeg yn bennaf ar sail gwirfoddolwyr, gan godi dim ond y ffioedd hynny sy&#8217;n angenrheidiol i redeg y clwb. Mae&#8217;r ddau ohonom yn ffynnu ac yn dibynnu ar y gymuned a&#8217;r gefnogaeth rhieni a gawn yn ddiolchgar. Mae gennym 3 hyfforddwr cymwysedig sydd wedi mynychu modiwl hyfforddi anabledd ac rydym hefyd wedi hyfforddi arweinwyr chwaraeon ar ymwybyddiaeth o gymnasteg anabledd. <\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"font_8 wixui-rich-text__text\"><span class=\"wixui-rich-text__text\">Cynhelir y sesiynau ochr yn ochr \u00e2&#8217;n dosbarth hamdden ar ddydd Sadwrn 1-2pm.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Am ragor o wybodaeth ac
