DESCRIPTION:Llwybrau Llesiant develop a variety of groups and activities across Gwynedd. These can vary from weekly groups to one off events. The aim of these activities are to promote the wellbeing of adults with learning disabilities\, whether that is physical\, emotional or social wellbeing.  Check out the monthly activities here   \nHow can the team promote the well-being of individuals with learning disabilities?\nLlwybrau Llesiant is developing various groups and activities across Gwynedd\, and on-line. The purpose of these is to promote the physical\, emotional and social well-being of individuals with learning disabilities. \nBy taking part in some of the activities that are available\, it is hoped that many more of the individuals with whom we work will join us on the pathway to well-being. Furthermore\, we can use the skills we have learned and the friends we have made in our everyday lives. \nWe work with individuals with learning disabilities to work towards things that are important to them. This can include meeting new people\, finding voluntary work\, facilitating the process of finding college courses and much more.
