SUMMARY:Autumn Forest School sessions-for ages 5-12
DESCRIPTION:Forest School puts the interests and abilities of the person at the heart of the experience and what we do in Forest school sessions is decided by and structured around abilities and interests of those taking part.\nWe may sometimes offer a new activity or experience\, especially when getting to know new learners. This helps learners to find out what sorts of skills or new experiences they can try.\nSome regular (and popular!) Forest School activities:\n\n\nDen building and tree climbing\n\n\nFire lighting\n\n\nCampfire cooking\n\n\nForaging\n\n\nUsing tools: e.g. loppers\, saws\, hand drills\, craft knives for woodcarving or cutting\n\n\nSensory games and activities\n\n\nNature based crafts.\n\n\nThe woods that we use near Taliesin also has treehouses and a big woodland net for bouncing or swinging on or just for laying down on while you listen to the birds.

SUMMARY:Wales Federation of Young Farmers Clubs
DESCRIPTION:Supporting young people to become successful individuals\nWales Federation of Young Farmers Clubs: Committed to Accessibility and Inclusion\nWe have multiple events\, taking place across Wales\, please visit our events page here\n\n\n\nThe Wales Federation of Young Farmers Clubs is a voluntary youth organisation that operates bilingually across rural Wales. With over 5\,000 members aged 10 to 28\, our network includes 138 YFC clubs and twelve County Federations. \n\n\nAs part of our commitment to making all activities accessible and inclusive for all\, we’ve recently trained Carys Storer Jones as our Accessibility Champion. Carys is now sharing her knowledge with fellow staff and volunteers\, helping us embed accessibility into everything we do. \n\n\nIn partnership with Piws\, we’re also proud to support young disabled adults in becoming Access Ambassadors. This helps ensure we are making the right decisions—so that everyone can feel confident and welcome at our events and clubs. \n\n\nIf you have accessibility needs and would like to get involved\, we’d love to hear from you. Please contact Carys at: Carys@yfc-wales.org.uk \n\n\nTogether\, we can make a real difference.
