Join the Get Fit Gang – a friendly, inclusive group for adults with a learning disability living in Conwy to get active, build confidence, and have fun together 💙

This session will be led by Sammy, the new Health Improvement Officer, working alongside our Health Check Champions to support everyone to stay healthy and active 🎉

Whether you enjoy gentle movement, trying something new, or just being part of a supportive group – everyone is welcome!

👉 The first session of each month is held in person at the Conwy Connect office
💻 All other Thursday sessions take place online via Zoom
